Who we are?
We are a group of people consisting of academicians and committed citizens working towards species and habitat conservation; participatory environment management; nature education and sustainability. We are registered at Puducherry, but SEECO is open to like-minded people from all over India. At present, our programmes focus mainly on the sensitive ecosystems of southern India.

S. Rajalakshmi
She has a Masters in Commerce with Pondicherry University and a certified Montissori teacher. She is also the founder of Learning Tree Academy of parallel school education.
SECRETARY
R. Rajamanikam, PhD
Kalapet, Puducherry
His area of specialisation is waste management and community outreach. Professionally he is the project coordinator at Kodaikanal International School Center for Environment and Humanity.
TREASURER
V. Santhosh, LL.B.
Kiliyanur, Tamilnadu
He is a distinguished legal professional with over a decade of experience. He holds a Master of Business administration degree as well, making him equally equipped to handle financial and commercial matters.

His area of interest is ethnobotany and conservation of sacred groves /temple forests. Professionally, he is an Advocate in civil law.
